KACHUA DALIMA TECHNICAL TRAINING INSTITUTE (KDTTI)
Kachua Dalima Technical Training Institute (KDTTI) is an Independent non-profit, community-based vocational and technical education institute established under the umbrella of the Kachua Dalima Association (KDA) in Kachua, Bauphal Upazilla, Patuakhali District, Bangladesh. KDTTI is Registered by Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) Ministry of Technical Educational Division, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
KDTTI was founded to address unemployment, underemployment, and the lack of practical skills among rural youth and women by providing demand-driven, quality technical and vocational training.
The Institute operates with the belief that skills are the foundation of empowerment, productivity, and sustainable development. KDTTI trains individuals to become self-reliant, confident, and capable of contributing to both local and national economies.
To build a skilled, self-reliant, and innovative generation that contributes to poverty reduction, social progress, and sustainable national development through quality technical education and entrepreneurship.
To ensure access to inclusive and market-oriented vocational training for rural youth and women, enabling them to develop professional skills, secure decent employment, and lead productive lives.
To provide practical, competency-based technical education and vocational training. To promote self-employment and entrepreneurship among youth and women. To enhance digital literacy and ICT-based learning in rural areas. To build partnerships with government, private sector, and development organizations for sustainable skills development. To promote gender equality and inclusive participation in technical education.

KDTTI is governed by the Board of Kachua Dalima Association (KDA) But their own interdependent Executive Board and managed by a qualified team of trainers, coordinators, and administrative staff. The institute follows transparent financial and administrative systems, in line with KDA’s accountability and reporting framework.
