Kachua Dalima Association (KDA) is committed to empowering marginalized communities through targeted skill development initiatives. Recognizing the urgent need for employment and self-reliance, especially among youth and women in rural and climate-vulnerable areas, KDA has prioritized skill-building programs as a core development strategy.
Our skill development efforts focus on:
Vocational Training:
Including computer training, food and beverage, tailoring, handicrafts, electrical work, mobile servicing, and small-scale agri-business.
Digital Literacy:
Basic computer skills, mobile app use, and online job readiness.
Entrepreneurship Development:
Business planning, marketing, and access to microfinance.
Soft Skills Training:
Communication, teamwork, leadership, and financial literacy.
By aligning with national development goals and partnering with government and private sector stakeholders, KDA aims to reduce unemployment, promote inclusive growth, and build climate-resilient livelihoods across its working districts.
